During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location. It was accessible to many local attractions and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the city without having to travel too far. Another plus was their clean and comfortable beddings, and the fact that they offered free bottles of drinking water.
The hotel was poorly maintained and didn't quite live up to our expectations. The room was not regularly cleaned and we had to ask for basic necessities like towels and toilet paper.

The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was situated in the heart of the bustling Zona Dorada area. The staff was friendly and provided clean facilities. I was able to easily commute around the city, thanks to the convenient transportation options available.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of where all the action is. Secondly, the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who were always willing to help. Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch. I loved having the air conditioning to keep cool, and the sitting area was a nice touch for added comfort. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a lifesaver for staying connected.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great location at Capital O, close to the Zona Dorada. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we had an issue with the TV.

The hotel's location was convenient with interesting attractions nearby. It was affordable and there was a water refill station provided. the room was well-furnished with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
The internet connection was unstable and unreliable.

During my Xmas stay, there were two facts that I appreciated: unlimited water refills and the hotel's central location. It was easy to explore and get around town from this spot. the bed was comfortable enough for a decent sleep.
the WiFi was incredibly slow, making it impossible to work or even check my emails.
